Connecting craft beer and community

BrewGether is on a mission to support BIPOC farmers and increase the assistance between agriculture and the craft beer industry. Through grants, volunteering and intentional connections to resources – join us in supporting an ecosystem that brings together urban agriculture and the craft beer industry.

BrewGether helps the craft beer community distribute resources to local community organizations.

The craft beer industry has the potential to be a catalyst to create revenue streams and resources for disinvested communities. Through the BrewGether Fund, breweries support non-profit organizations that are finding innovative solutions to changing the circumstances that negatively affect our communities.

We believe that communities want the best for themselves, however with navigating disinvestment, systemic racism and access to resources, many communities find themselves navigating a host of societal issues. However, research has shown that those closest to the issues are more likely to have the solutions to fix these broken systems. BrewGether supports small to mid-size community organizations that are working on those solutions in their communities.

how it works

We seek out nonprofits that are tapping into innovative solutions for community engagement. There is no application process for grant recipients and no reporting requirements. Grant awards are for general operating support. Nonprofits are selected based on specific criteria and selected through an internal vetting process. The size of grant awards to nonprofits are based on available funds.

Through direct donations, as well as the proceeds from the sales of craft beer collaborations, funds are collected and distributed to local nonprofit organizations annually.
